BioI just reached a fork in the road in my life. For the past 6 or 7 years, I planned to go straight into my doctorate after finishing my masters. However, after two years in a music masters program, I have seen what musical academia is really like and it does not fit me. It also seems that I may never quite be able to do what I originally went into music to do. Where I go from here, only time will tell. I am looking into my various teaching options.
